While temperatures soar around the country millions will be wanting to get a suntan – without taking time out to travel abroad.

Along with heading out to the back garden, sun-seekers will be flocking to public places to soak up the rays this summer – and who could blame them?

However, a debate which has raged for years – is it legal for a woman to sunbathe in public topless to avoid tan lines?

As more and more women decide to sunbathe in parks, gardens and beaches, the good news is it’s NOT against the law to be naked in public – but you have to be discreet.
